It is Manifest Monday!
What is Manifest Monday?
Manifest Monday is the day I gather with family, friends, colleagues, co-workers, co-creators, community to set our intentions for the week, month, and year to come, the things we want to manifest in our physical lives.
What does it mean to manifest?
Manifest means to make something clear or evident to the senses, to display or exhibit, or to reveal something that was previously hidden or not easily perceived. In various contexts, the term can take on different nuances. For instance, in a psychological or spiritual context, manifesting often refers to the process of bringing one’s desires or intentions into reality through focused thought, visualization, and positive affirmations. This practice is rooted in the belief that the mind can influence the physical world, and that by concentrating on specific goals, individuals can attract those outcomes into their lives.
The term manifest can be associated with the idea of self-awareness and personal growth. When someone seeks to manifest their true self, they are often engaging in a journey of introspection and self-discovery, striving to align their actions and beliefs with their core values and aspirations. This process can involve setting intentions, overcoming limiting beliefs, and taking actionable steps towards achieving personal goals.
Overall, the concept of manifesting serves as a powerful reminder of the potential inherent in both our thoughts and our actions.
SO many believe that manifesting is 'bringing to them', to you I ask: do you really think anything has the power to stop the energy/love/spirit that is constantly existing?
The block, is not outside of us, it is us.
We, through our beliefs decide how much energy/love/spirit appears in our life; if we have a limiting belief, for example that we do not deserve, we only allow a little energy/love/spirit. What that can sound like is, energy/love/spirit sending peace, love, joy, abundance, and we see that we can afford a new pair of shoes.
We receive
the abundance we believe
Our thought
determines what we've got
With a thimble
we must be nimble
to never stop
run to catch every drop
Arms open wide
Yet gathering in pride
Slipping through our fingers
The whisper touch does linger
Longing on our face
Seeming to disappear without a trace
Yet abundance is found
All around
the abundance we believe
We receive.
Manifesting is not bringing to us, it is allowing ourself to see and accept the abundance all around.
Are you ready to accept abundance?
Do you welcome it with a thimble, a bucket, or with your arms wide open, ready to receive? Or do you believe there are no limits to what you can embrace?
