What is Color & Convo?
Color is you wearing the color therapy glasses.
10 colors, a variety of shades.
Wear one pair, or all of them, you choose.
Wear each pair 1 - 5 minutes.
Utilizing color can enhance and promote emotions of security, safety, happiness, tranquility, serenity, and other positive feelings. Certain colors are even believed to offer physical health advantages; for instance, green is beneficial for alleviating headaches and migraines.
Gazing at colors and perceiving them can subtly alter your outlook, fostering concentration, clear thinking, and creativity.
If the sight of a rainbow brings you joy, engaging in color therapy allows you to access the rainbow at any time.
What is CONVO?
Convo refers to any conversation you decide to engage in with your Color & Convo session guide, and the limited exchange with a companion.
What is a companion?
A companion chooses to provide the glasses, clean glasses, give information about the glasses, and pass pleasantries, perhaps cards or a board game, with minimal conversation.
Companions choose not to engage in personal conversation, that is their comfort, please respect their choice.
If you want, need someone willing to listen to the thoughts and feelings that are surfacing as you wear the glasses, that is a guide.
What is a guide?
A guide chooses to engage in conversation, the conversation you, our guest choose.
Wearing the color therapy glasses can bring up thoughts and feelings, a guide offers you a person to express them.
If you prefer not to engage in conversation or find it challenging, you can opt for activities such as playing cards, board games, jacks, handheld puzzles, fidget toys, drawing with paper, crayons, markers, or pencils. Feel free to bring along something like knitting, crocheting, or drawing to keep your hands occupied. You may also consider seeing a companion.
Every guide may provide a distinctive service such as tarot or oracle readings, yoga asana, mudra, mantra, sound therapy, Loves Flow (energy/reiki), cocreating a healing journey, coaching, there are as many options as there are people, so feel free to inquire if you have a specific preference.

Our special interest is Veterans.
I, Elizabeth Ann, am the wife of a veteran with service-related PTSD, color therapy glasses saved our marriage, the minute Dwayne placed the indigo glasses on he said that was the first time all of the chaos that had tormented him for over a decade had stopped.
As I have seen the benefit first hand, we choose to offer free sessions for veterans, and glasses are reduced or free.
This is our part to help stop the 22.
Your service is greatly appreciated, and we would like to offer our assistance to you.
