How Color Therapy Works for PTSD

Wearing colored glasses or spending time in colored lighting allows individuals to absorb the frequencies associated with specific colors. This can help regulate emotions, reduce stress, and foster healing.

During Color & Convo sessions, the combination of engaging in meaningful conversations while being immersed in therapeutic light provides a dual approach to addressing the mental, emotional, and physical effects of PTSD.

Color & Convo LLC is looking for veterans, in and around Pueblo, Colorado to volunteer for a study.

The study would provide a set of color therapy glasses, in-person/online daily sessions, and a daily questionnaire for free.

In addition to color therapy, we can provide support with sound therapy, mantras, mudras, and other techniques to enhance color therapy.

All we need from you are the answers to the questions.

We are compiling the questions and preparing the application.

Please check the website for the application and questionnaire, we plan to have it available by January 1, 2025, but it could be sooner.
